Refund policy
At Revive Nutrition, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If something is wrong with your order, we will do our best to make it right.
1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve it quickly, include:
- your order number
- a clear photo of the item received
- a clear photo of the packaging
- a short explanation of the issue
Once approved, we will offer either:
- a replacement, or
- a refund to your original payment method
2. Change-of-Mind Returns
Because Revive Nutrition products are ingestible health supplements, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products for hygiene and safety reasons.
We may accept a return for an unopened, sealed product if:
- you contact us within 7 days of delivery
- the product is unused and in its original condition
- the safety seal is fully intact
If approved, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For safety, hygiene, and quality control reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:
- opened products
- used products
- products with broken seals
- items returned without prior approval
- promotional/free gift items
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Delivery Fees
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to:
- a damaged item
- a defective item
- an incorrect item sent by us
6. Refused Deliveries / Failed Deliveries
If an order is returned to us because:
- the shipping address provided was incorrect
- the parcel was unclaimed
- delivery was refused without valid reason
we may deduct any delivery and return-to-sender costs from the refund.
